Healthy Eating



When I was in elementary school, I used to eat junk food for most of my daily meals. My mom was always scolding me because of my eating habits. Day by day, I got my mom's point and why she was telling me to stay healthy either through my food or my activities. Nowadays, I am eating  healthy foods even though I do like American pizza and most of the unhealthy types of food. Working out at least five days  every week is a great routine. I was wondering about my fat percentage and so I did  the "BodyComp" test, which tells you everything you need to do to stay healthy. 

Why do I love being healthy?

  • I don't want to have a belly
  • I don't have difficulties with sleeping 
  • I Stay away from obese disease 
  • I am in shape
  • I am in love with fruits and vegetables
  • Weight control
  • Enhanced mood
  • Longer life

Recommendations for you :) 

Always stay hydrated and never ever skip meals; try to set a time for each meal so you don't eat when you get hungry-- eat to feed your body. Staying active also makes you feel better when  70% of your food is unhealthy. Please get up and change to be wiser and healthier.

  I always have a day or two days a week that I leave kind of open because having a clean diet  for ever is too hard-- so, eat what you enjoy but control yourself.
